I'm an on-line purchaser for a very large beer company. I have found it down right discouraging to do buisness on line with Sears. None of there systems cross communicate and you are constanly being forwared to the next help desk. The last time I filled out one of these surveys they would not post it....

The employee is Jane. The place was busy with customers wanting to check out. She opened a registar and smiled at me and said I can help you. I was making two bigger purchases and a bunch of small items. She noted what I had and asked if I wanted to join the Rewards card and be a member and save money on my purchases. She took the time to help me fill it out, helped me with my visa debt card I was going to use and really spent time helping me. She should be reconized for her good work.
I WENT IN KMART WITH MY BEST FRIEND TO GET AN OUTFIT AND FOUND SOME GREAT DEALS ....I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE DEALS AND THERE PRICE ...........WE GO TO CHECK OUT AND LINDA WAS OUR CASHIER .....OMG SHE WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY IN EVERY WAY MY FRIEND WOULD'NT LET ME PAY FOR MY STUFF AND MRS.LINDA HEARD HER AND FLAT OUT TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T WANT MY MONEY ...LOL I LAUGH SO HARD AT HER CAUSE SHE HAD A STRAIGHT FACE BUT I KNEW SHE WAS JOKING IF MRS. read full review »my experince at Kmart was very disappointing. the people that helped me were inconsiderate. they gave me attitude and we not very nice. one was showing her breasts like she was getting ready to breast feed her child. the manger was a raciast mother "you-know-what". the cashier i went to asked me so many question it was unreal. read full review »Everytime i shop at store 4010. The employees treat me with respect , there is on in perticular Missi #20. She work's at the service desk. She is very helpful, and manages her job very well.She knows her job and i never have to wait long for service.
I called the store to ask a wuestion and got a very happy courteous person....She went out of her way to help me.......I appreciated it
I when to Kmart later 12/27/11 and they had all the items that I wanted in stock & out for me to find them. I was able to go in, get them & pay & leave without having to ask where things were....unlike Target!
I did my christmas shopping at KMart this year and had to get a refund as well as return some items. I had no problems and they refunded my money with no questions asked, Thanks KMart!!!!!!!!!
I was next in line at Cortland KMART (NY) as "Roberta" was talking with customers from out of town visiting. She was a GREAT Ambassador for the Cortland Area and was very welcoming to these folks who were in this area over the Holidays! She not only was very supportive in the store products, she exemplified outstanding customer service and offered a very friendly welcome to anyone. She should be a KMART AMBASSADOR!! She is the best!!
I was in store 7382 the other day and it was my first time in this particular Kmart. Holly was a very helpful associate. She was a very polite and helpful person for me to talk to. She did a return for me quickly as soon as I walked in. After she did my return I had a list of things that I needed to get. Since I had never been in this Kmart I had no idea where anything in this store was. She informed me of the areas and aisles to obtain the items that I was looking for, and I was able to find everything I needed, and more! This Kmart was very clean compared to other department stores...
