I bought this product based on the previous review that Houdiniphile gave. I didn't actually buy it for myself, but for my husband who has a more sensitive stomach than I do. He says it works great for his stomach ailments and of course he loves that I am saving money. What's even better is that American Fare Omeprazole was on sale when I bought it and so I saved even more money! I have always been pleased with American Fare products, but I had not tried this particular one. I was so glad Houdiniphile gave the review and I went out and got it. In the beginning before Acid Reflux became a clinical name for severe heartburn, I ate Tums like candy. It was not fun having to plan how many to keep in my pocket for my daily survival of reoccuring acid attacks on my stomache and throat. My father and I are both sufferers of this problem.
Somewhere around 15 years ago these new clincal names came out describing symptoms with new marketable remedies. Being from a 60's generation it was Tums or Alka-Seltzer to the rescue. The farming industry also used a lot less herbacide and bug spray on the crops back then. This is mostly to blame for these...

American Fare Omperazole is of course as good in its formula as the name brand (prilosec). What I did not expect was for the strength to be as good. I have purchased generic before and found I had to take two tablets and not save any money, especially with high value coupons on the national brand in the paper all the time.
I saw the price on American Fare Omperazole to be so low, that I could afford to "double up" and still save money over the national brand. American Fare saved me money, and works like a charm. If you have been told you have GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease) by a doctor,...
