I have a terrible time finding just the right jacket for cold weather. They are usually uncomfortable over my other cloths, get twisted in the car, to bulky, don't work with what i am wearing. This jacket is perfect! Now I don't think it would be the jacket for sledding but everyday wear it is perfect! It is so soft and warm my husband and kids are trying to take it! I bought this at the great price of $15.00 on blue friday. They are now a little more expensive but so worth it.
It was nice to by this fleece sweatshirt for my daughter as a present. She claims it to be very warm and soft and cozy. I also purchased the Basic Editions corduroy vest to go with it, they make a very nice set..... and very warm. Plus size and looking good.

I have searched everywhere for a warm sweatshirt jacket for my tween that she would think was "cool" and that I would think provided enough warmth for the Fall, early Winter months and Spring in NJ. My search is over...I found it in this jacket! The Kmart Basic Edition's woman's sweatshirt jacket is soft and supper warm without being bulky. I purchased it in black (a requirement of my tween :o). The zipper is easy to use and sewn in well, so I know it will hold up with wear. When washed, there was no color fading and it retained its shape and softness! The price was excellent too. Great...
