“Works good.”

The spot bot works great cleaning the spot, but the cleanup of the cleaning isn't that great.  To get the majority of the solution out of the carpet when it's done with the automatic cycle we use the suction hose to get the rest.  Not a just set it down and leave it, come back and it's done.  It still...

“Bissell Portable deep cleaner - Works fantastic”

Great cleaner for small spills and spots.  Easy and quick to use, gets out most everything, especially pet accidents.  Easy to work, and easy to store away.

“Love it!”

Our cat gets sick or goes outside the litter box when upset.  Finally, we found something that seems to remove the stains and smell from our white carpet!

“This little machine is a life-saver for cat owners!”

This is a great little machine!  If you have a stain - new or old - surface or deeply soiled, all you have to do is place the machine over it and press a button.  It virtually does all of the work for you.  I don't know what we did before we got this machine.

“This is a terrific spot cleaner.”

I was a little skeptical about how well this would clean, because I was disappointed with a small carpet cleaner made by a different manufacturer. This is very simple to use and does a great job of cleaning up small spills. It is much better than usiing a spray can or bottle of carpet cleaner and it's nice that I don't need to lug out my full-size carpet steamer. The set-in stain setting uses a lot more formula than the surface stain setting, but luckily the surface stain setting works for most spots. I like the hands free operation the best, but the attachment is good for cleaning stairs.

“Bissell Spot Bot is the ultimate cleaner for a quick mess!”

I have a neuromuscular disease and am in need of back surgery, so cleaning any type of carpet mess is difficult for me. I bought the Bissell Spot Bot while it was on sale at K-Mart and it has been a life saver for me! I absolutely love it! I can sit it on a mess or stain on the carpet or couch and push the button and away it goes scrubbing away, while I go on about my business. Go back a few minutes later and the stain is gone! There is a container on one end for clean water and one for the dirty water. It has a hose attachment, which is great for vacuuming after cleaning the stain, if you need...

“Wow, what an awesome product”

My boss raved about her new spot bot, she brought it in to demonstrate the product and I was sold. I tell you that I had a animal that could not seem to make it outside to potty and used the same spot all the time. Once I brought my new spot bot that problem is elimainated now thanks to my new spot bot. I have another Bissell upright  but it does not work well on spots. This is the greatest spot cleaner ever. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

“works very well, I like that I can start it and walk away.”

Works very well, I wish that there was a scrubber for the attachment hose to use on furniture.  I like that I can start it and walk away, it doesn't take long to clean a stain.

“I have an excellent "method" for use of the Bissell Spot Bot”

We purchased the Bissell Spot Bot about a month ago for use on pet urine stains on carpet.  (Some old and "set-in" -- others recent with our new rescue female never potty- trained  :-( Chihuahua/Min Pin mix)!  After cleaning over 100 "spots"  with a variety of cleaners, I have found a good combination of cleaners.  Tried several of the Bissell brand and Resolve, but they didn't fully remove spot and left some "yellow" in the entire cleaned area.  I found at The ********** --  ZEP Ultra Premium Carpet Cleaner 2.5x Professional Strength (it comes in a blue bottle and is about $11 for the...

“I love it!”

I purchased my Spot Bot being I have a Bichon that every once in a while has an accident if we can't get t ohim in time. Rather than dragging out the BIG Bissell, we opted to purchase the BOT, what a great choice, and the price was incredible. Thanks Bissell for a great product, and Sears for a great price.

“Handy”

If you have carpet and kids, or a pet, or a husband you need this. I had a first generation Green Machine and loved it until it started leaking and died. It was replaced with the Spot Lifter that did not work very well. I was hesitant to invest again but this Spot Bot works even better than the Green Machine I had for so many years. The hand held hose seems to have more power. The new auto setting where you place the unit over the mess, press the button, and let it do the scrubbing is a big bonus. “Does what it's supposed to do very well!”

I bought this machine with a bit of reluctance that a machine would actually clean a pet stain off the carpeting better than I would do it manually. Well, it does what it's supposed to do and was very good at it! Being a perfectionist I may have gone a little bit further with the cleaning than the automated Bissell does but that doesn't mean it doesn't do a good job. And when I factor in the back-breaking savings from not having to get on hands and knees and scrub, this machine is well worth every penny on sale. “Amazing little floor cleaner!”

This little floor cleaner is just great. I needed a carpet cleaner because my puppy had been relieving himself on the carpet in an area that I didn't realize until it was too late. The SpotBot cleaned up the stains so quickly and easily! I just filled it with cleaning solution and walked away. When it was finished, the stains were gone and the carpet smelled great. I was a little apprehensive about buying a carpet cleaner, but now I'm glad I did. I know it will continue to come in handy.
