I went in, expecting the worst, as my 2004 Chrysler Sebring is high mileage, and with the economy being as bad as it has been recently, I have not serviced the vehicle as often as I should have. (or as recommended) I was pretty sure the shake that I have experienced for the past 70,000 miles was just a flaw in the vehicle, as the dealership never fixed or was able to diagnose the problem. (I have had the vehicle to them at least twice for brake service during this time)
When applying the brakes, there was a loping kind of problem. The brakes always stopped, but I was pretty sure the loping...

Excellent service. I love Sears. I will recommend you to all my friends, you offer the highest level of service in the industry, thanks!
Sears services are far too expensive and customer unfriendly. The moment you enter the store for any auto problem, the salesmen are after your pocket and keep haunting you to do so many things that you never need! My experience has been very sad with the store in Oak Ridge. They quoted to replace the brakes for my vehicle for about US$620 (including $220 for the labour), while the same job I got done outside for less than half its price.
Someone should tell them that they need to be professional and should stop ripping off the customer pockets! Crickey ...!
Why pay for something that should be offered free !

Recently, I got sears coupon for break pad change, I went there with the coupon and they did all the rotor resurface and break pad change.
From that point onwards, I am getting the noise(squezzing and knocking) while putting the breaks at signals or any parking place. That noise is very much trouble some and I am felling some thing wrong with my car.
After that I took my car to toyota show-room and explained about the noise problem. They did some investigation and give the quote for the replacement of the break -pads because that noise was from the existing break pads which was replaced at sears....
